Camping Sant Pol de S'Agaró, Girona

Ricard Turon Vich

Description Technical file

It is not easy to discern whether we are before a forest hut or before a permanent home, and this is undoubtedly the merit of this multifaceted design that resolves an inhabitable, energy-sustainable module through techniques taken from prefabrication.

This bungalow situated in the Sant Pol de S’Agaró campsite is made from structural sandwich panels with lightweight curved wooden trusses. With 60m² of useful surface space, it is equipped with everything necessary for spending a good holiday.

White interiors, a slatted larch wood façade and a large glass pane surround a space intended for enjoyment.

This small three-room building constructed with the latest wood technology meets our country’s regulatory habitability requirements, and its particular geometry makes it highly energy efficient. On this site it is a bungalow, but in another space it could be a small home.
